High Performance CNC Metal Tube Straightening Cutting Machine

A. Scope of application
a> Diameter of tube, if the dia is φ4-φ8mm, the thickness is 0.5-1mm, if dia is more than φ8mm, the thickness is 0.71-1mm (other size can be achieved by change the different rollers.)
b> material: Aluminum, copper, bundy tube
c> The length is less than 20m
d> the ends of status is smooth ends and no burr
 
B. Functions, parameters and requirement
1. Functions
It is a small diameter tube custom equipment used for straightening and pre-cut. It use variable frequency regulating speed technology, photoelectricity encoder length measurement technology, can be controlled by PLC and display by text displayer.
1.1 Text display is with the amount of setting cutting tubes, when reach the amount, the machine is automatic on the status of waiting tubes.
1.2 Text display is with these functions of setting length & compensation, time setting, manual and automatic controlling
1.3 Rotary-cut device is main for φ7 and φ8mm pipes, in this device, we can change quickly the clamping blocks, no need to wait, it suit for quickly input and output tubes, after cutting, no clamping injuries, flat, and scratch situation.
1.4 Rotary-cut is with enough strength, with HMI. When to change different tubes, only need to quickly change the rotary cut cylinders on previous interface, good operability, applicability and safety.
1.5 The rotary cut snap device is used 2 pcs linear slide rail, integration moving frame, the fixed seat of rotary cut is with enough strength and stability, with lubricator functions, and easy to repair and maintain.
1.6 the air pipes is in alignment, the snap cylinders is with separation push workpieces, limit and buffering functions.
