Double-Station Staggered Evaporator Fin Expanding Machine

This Industry Special Machine named expander is mainly composed of Fin Die, unloading device, press fins device, locating device, expanding rod stretch-retract & guide device, work station, electric control device etc. The whole working process is driven by hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder, and its electric system is controlled by relay.

Firstly we insert fins into the fin dies one by one. Meanwhile, put the pre-twisted and flattened tube onto expanding rods and press the start button. The fins press device moves down, the air cylinder of locating device pushes forward and locks the expander rod guide device. Then the hydraulic cylinder of expanding rod stretch-retract & guide device sends expanding rods and tubes into fins inside fin dies. After positioning is completed, expanding rods retract while tubes remain inside fins, and the fin pressing device resets at the same time. Finally, the unloading device pushes the evaporator out from fin dies to finish all operations of this Automatic Type equipment.

Reliable expanding effect and stable product quality of the equipment are largely ensured by fine materials and sophisticated processing craft. In material aspect, fin dies, guide rods and expanding rods are all made of special die steel. Different from 45# steel and spring steel, this kind of steel has slight deformation after wire electrode cutting, ensuring good straightness and rigidity to fully meet production craft standards. As the core fitting part of the Portable Expander, the expanding rod is integrally processed from whole die steel through six-sided wire electrode cutting, which greatly reduces overall deformation.
