Serving as professional Equipment For Heat Exchanger, the bending machine is used for Asian type nofrost evaporator Aluminum coils.

The bending machine adopts touch screen for setting the operation interface, by XC3 series PLC centralized control, and the motion of the cylinder is controlled by electromagnetic valve, in order to realize continuous action cycle of long pipes. This Coil Bending Machine can perform continuous long bending (3-9 head adjustable) for phi about 8.5 diffusion aluminum tubes that can wear two or three layers of diameter fins. It solves the defects of the traditional pipe bending machine, featuring stable and reliable performance, convenient and intuitive operation as well as high cost performance.

Operational principle

Flick bending pipe bending is adopted to determine the number of elbows. The guide device is preloaded with eight bending heads, and each bending head can move left and right on the guide rail. When preparing to produce products of a certain specification, adjust the number of heads and the distance between heads according to product dimensions, then position and fasten the nose with side screws. During production, expand the tube into the die at a predetermined position and compress it via the pressing device. Each bending head completes bending and mold release in sequence, and all clamping device heads reset after finishing the whole process. The whole production process is automatically operated by the Coil Bender from start to finish.
