Work principle
1. Expander is main made up of Fin Die, unloading device, press fins device, locating device, expanding rod stretch-retract & guide device, work station, electric control device etc. Whole process is drove by hydraulic cylinder and air cylinder, electric system is controlled by relay.
2.Firstly we insert fins into the fin dies one by one, Meanwhile, to put the tube which is already twisted and flattened onto expanding rods, press the start button, the fins press device goes down, and locating device air cylinder push forward the expander rod guide device and it is locked, then the hydraulic cylinder of expander rod stretch-retract &guide device insert the expanding rod and tube into the fins in fin dies, after its position is right, expanding rod retract, but the tube leave in fins, meanwhile, the device of press fins reset. In last, unloading device push out the evaporator from fin die, whole process is finished.
3. This expander ensure the expanding successful and quality main from material and processing craft. Firstly, Look from material, fin dies, guide rods, expanding rods all are made by special dies steel, the difference for die steel with 45# steel or spring steel is lesser deformation after wire electrode cutting, it can ensure the straightness and rigidity, furthest meets craft requirement. Special for expanding rod, It is processed by whole sheet of die steel through 6 sides wire electrode cutting, to furthest reduce the deformation.
Machine functions 1.It is with double station, thus there are two fins worktable and expanding station.
2. Machine is drove by hydraulic with compress air.
3 .Electric control system is controlled by relays, low voltage electric elements are Schneider brand. Quality requirement 1. Die is very smooth, tube can be easy put in,
2. After expanding, the tube should closely combine together with fins, no moving case by hand pulling.
