Work principle
Being classified as an Industry Special Machine, the expander is mainly composed of Fin Die, unloading device, fin pressing unit, positioning assembly, expanding rod telescopic guiding mechanism, working platform and electrical control unit. The whole working procedure is powered by hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, and the electric system is implemented with relay control.
Firstly insert fins into fin dies one after another, and put pre-twisted and flattened pipes on expanding rods at the same time. Press the start button, the fin pressing device descends, and the cylinder of the positioning device pushes forward and locks the expanding rod guiding part. Then the hydraulic cylinder of the expanding rod telescopic guiding structure drives expanding rods and pipes to penetrate into fins inside fin dies. After positioning is completed, expanding rods retract while pipes remain inside fins, and the fin pressing structure returns to its original state. Finally, the unloading mechanism pushes the evaporator out of fin dies to finish all operations of this Automatic Type processing unit.
Reliable expansion effect and stable product quality of the equipment are ensured by high-quality raw materials and sophisticated processing technology. In terms of materials, fin dies, guide rods and expanding rods are all manufactured from special die steel. Different from 45# steel and spring steel, this kind of steel has low deformation after wire cutting, ensuring good straightness and rigidity to fully meet production technical standards. As the core functional part supporting the Portable Expander, the expanding rod is integrally processed from whole die steel through six-sided wire cutting, which greatly reduces machining deformation.
