_{^{It is a small diameter tube custom equipment used for straightening and pre-cut. It use variable frequency regulating speed technology, photoelectricity encoder length measurement technology, can be controlled by PLC and display by text displayer.
1, Text display is with the amount of setting cutting tubes, when reach the amount, the machine is automatic on the status of waiting tubes.
2, Text display is with these functions of setting length & compensation, time setting, manual and automatic controlling
3, Rotary-cut device is main for φ7 and φ8mm pipes, in this device, we can change quickly the clamping blocks, no need to wait, it suit for quickly input and output tubes, after cutting, no clamping injuries, flat, and scratch situation.
4, Rotary-cut is with enough strength, with HMI. When to change different tubes, only need to quickly change the rotary cut cylinders on previous interface, good operability, applicability and safety.
