Application:

This machine is designed for the production of refrigerator heat exchangers. As professional Automated Straight Tube-Fin Insertion Equipment, it integrates the functions of automatic fin feeding, inserting and tube expanding. During operation, the servo motor and suction cup automatically select and insert fins accurately. Driven by the Precision Fin Forming Press System, hydraulic force tightly combines aluminum tubes and fins to ensure excellent thermal contact. It is especially suitable for the assembly of staggered fin structures, providing stable and reliable support for the production of Staggered Fin Evaporator Assembly Machine and effectively maximizing the heat exchange efficiency of the final product.
