(Ⅰ)Working Principle As a typical
Industry Special Machine, the expander is mainly composed of
Fin Die, unloading device, press fins device, locating device, expanding rod stretch-retract & guide device, work station, electric control device and other components. The entire operation process is driven by hydraulic cylinders and air cylinders, while the electrical system adopts relay-based control mode.
Firstly we insert fins into the fin dies one by one. Meanwhile, place the pre-twisted and flattened tube onto expanding rods, then press the start button. The fins press device moves downward, and the air cylinder of locating device pushes forward and locks the expander rod guide device. Afterwards, the hydraulic cylinder matched with expanding rod stretch-retract & guide device drives expanding rods together with the tubes to penetrate into the fins inside fin dies. After accurate positioning, expanding rods retract while tubes stay firmly inside fins, and the fin pressing structure resets synchronously. Finally, the unloading device ejects the finished evaporator out of fin dies, completing the full working cycle of this
Automatic Type processing equipment.
Stable expanding yield and superior finished product quality of this equipment are guaranteed primarily by premium raw materials and mature processing techniques. In terms of material selection, fin dies, guide rods and expanding rods are all forged from special die steel. Compared with 45# steel and spring steel, such die steel features tiny deformation after wire electrode cutting, which guarantees excellent straightness and structural rigidity to fully satisfy actual production technical demands. In particular, the core matching part for this Portable Expander — expanding rod, is integrally processed from whole die steel via six-sided wire electrode cutting technology, effectively minimizing structural deformation to the greatest extent.
