This fin tube bending machine is specially developed for bending Asian type no-frost evaporator aluminum coils, serving as a core processing piece of Equipment For In-line Type Evaporator, and perfectly fits the automated production of refrigerator evaporator assemblies. Equipped with a humanized touch screen operation interface, the machine adopts XC3 series PLC for centralized intelligent control, and solenoid valves are used to regulate the cylinder movement, realizing stable and continuous cyclic action for long pipes. It can perform continuous long-distance bending for diffused aluminum tubes with a diameter of approximately Φ8.5, supporting two or three layers of fin assembly, and the number of bending heads is adjustable from 3 to 9 to meet diversified processing requirements.
The machine effectively overcomes the defects of low efficiency and poor forming accuracy of traditional pipe bending equipment.
