1.Working Principle
1.1 Structure Design & Comparative AnalysisThe
Fully Automatic Hairpin Bending Machine mainly consists of Coil loader, Straightening device, first feeding device, cutting device, second feeding device, bending device & rotation worktable, machine frame, control system etc. All actions are driven by hydraulic system and servo motors, under PLC control. This machine is designed with reference to European imported equipment of the same kind, with the same action steps and process. Meanwhile, we have improved it to be more reasonable. Compared with the Heima bending machine from another company, its action and process are quite unreasonable and need to be improved, mainly in the following two points:
Firstly, the structure of bending wheels is unreasonable. As we know, the tube row pitch for oblique fin evaporators is small, and the
Fully Automatic Hairpin Bender needs to bend 8 pcs tubes at one time. Therefore, the bending wheels have to be thin and long, resulting in poor rigidity. If the upper and lower ends of the wheels are not reinforced by a connecting plate, the bending profiles of the 8 tubes will be inconsistent, and the forming R and angles will also be different. Therefore, bending quality cannot be assured.
Second, the arrangement of the cutting station is not reasonable. It should be arranged after feeding and equipped with secondary feeding, so that it can feed forward as much as possible, making the final feeding move forward sufficiently to avoid scrap. Thus saving time, labor and material.
1.2 Operating ProcessPut the coil tubes into the loader, lead the ends to the first feeder, press the start button. The first feeder drives the tubes to the second feeder through the cutting device. At this moment, the first feeder stops and returns, the second feeder starts to send the tubes into the bending wheels for forming. The tubes will be cut when reaching the set required length, and the machine will continue working until finished. Press the start button again, and the
Coil Bending Machine will repeat the above process.
2.Machine Functions
2.1 This machine can bend 10 pcs tubes at one time.
2.2 It adopts hydraulic drive, except secondary feeding which is servo drive.
2.3 The control system uses PLC and touch screen HMI.
3.Quality Requirements
3.1 The bending R area shall have no obvious bruise and scratch.
3.2 The tubes shall be flat after bending.
3.3 Bending size: max. 1000mm, min. 180mm.
3.4 Equipped with rotation worktable, feeding by servo motor with ball screw.
