a> As professional Equipment For Heat Exchanger, bending and feeding tube all are used the servo controlling system, all the parameters are clear and adjustable, can do the various kind tubes bending for condenser and evaporator.

b> It is with manual, Automatic Type, pause, automatic stop functions. Very easy to adjust, the data can be saved.

c> feeding is used servo motor to drive, ball-screw stepping, high precision, speed and durability.

d> worktable is the rotation worktable, one worker in enough.

Main parameters

a> to bend φ4-10, 15mm≤R≤40mm, 8 pcs at one stroke, perfectly realizing efficient forming as a reliable Coil Bending Machine.

b> working beat: feeding speed 0-25m/min;

feeding length 0-1000mm each time, If it is not enough, machine can feed by twice, and we can customize as per the needs;

rotation speed 30 degree /second

a>HMI is touch screen, can program and store (most 100 U, 128pcs programs)
