Vulcanizing machine with 2 automatic moving carts for 2D refrigerator evaporator
Equipment function This equipment is a special equipment for bonding evaporators in the refrigerator room. The machine consists of an upper heating plate and two heating worktables that can move left and right. Use the iron mold on the mobile heating table to heat the aluminum plate and aluminum tube covered with hot melt adhesive film. After the hot melt adhesive film is heated, the aluminum tube and the aluminum plate are bonded together. The aluminum tube is flattened while bonding.
The lower worktable that can move left and right is driven by a servo motor to run automatically on the guide rail. When the worker is operating, the aluminum plate and the aluminum tube are installed on the mold at the product installation station. After pressing the start button, the trolley automatically enters the bonding station, and when the hot-melt time set by the process is reached, the trolley automatically moves the product out of the pressing area,Back to the installation station.
The trolley is supported by 6 sets of elastic wheels. During the pressing process, the lower table can be lowered and the support column on the frame can be pressed against the support column to prevent the deformation of the lower table and the guide rail of the trolley for long-term use.
The heating plate on the machine is powered by four 14T gas-liquid booster cylinders for lifting and pressing. It makes the product bear more uniform pressure during bonding. Flattening can be achieved at one time. Each electric heating plate is heated by 21 electric heating rods with a length of 0.75 meters. The thermocouple is a probe type as a temperature sensor to collect data from the heating area of the heating plate. Temperature control is more accurate. Using AL intelligent thermostat, it can automatically adjust according to the heating speed and cooling speed during use, and the temperature control is more accurate.
All actions are controlled by PLC.
Various parameters can be set on the touch screen on the machine. The left and right trolleys are controlled separately.
