1. Device function
This Industry Special Machine is dedicated to bonding evaporators in the refrigerator room. The machine consists of an upper heating plate and a water cooling plate on the left and right. The heating plate on the machine is powered by two gas-liquid booster cylinders for lifting and pressing. It makes the product bear more uniform pressure during bonding. There is moving carts that can move left and right below and is driven by a servo motor to run automatically on a guide rail as a typical Automatic Type operational design. Various parameters can be set on the human-computer interaction screen on the machine. The left and right trolleys are controlled separately.
2. Process features
This machine uses the heating plate set in the middle of the machine to heat the aluminum plate and aluminum tube covered with hot melt adhesive film. After the hot melt adhesive film is heated, the aluminum plate and the aluminum tube are bonded. After reaching the hot-melt time set by the process, the trolley automatically sends the product to the water-cooling plates on both sides for cooling.
The left and right worktables can realize that the operator can operate a product on another worktable during the hot pressing process, or place the parts on both worktables at the same time, and the middle hot pressing station automatically performs hot pressing and fusion. Maximize the potential of the device far beyond Others in the same category. Advantages: Because the machine switches automatically during the process of hot pressing and cold pressing. No human intervention. The product has cooled when removed from the machine. Therefore, the glue opening caused by moving the product in the hot melt state can be prevented. At the same time, due to the use of water cooling, the product can be rapidly cooled to achieve greater adhesion.
Disadvantage: Because the heating plate is in direct contact with the aluminum plate. If the aluminum plate used is too thin and the heating temperature is too high, the aluminum plate will be thermally deformed. It is generally recommended that the thickness of the aluminum plate for bonding should not be less than 0.4mm, and the heating temperature should not exceed 180°C.
