Equipment Function This production line can realize the functions of automatic lamination, automatic stick double-sided tape, automatic punching and automatic cutting of the aluminum plate of the refrigerator evaporator.
The machine consists of five parts: unpowered unwinding machine, laminating machine, automatic double-sided tape, numerical control feeding mechanism and punching mechanism.
The laminating part of the aluminum plate is driven by 2 pairs of heating rollers + tape rollers. The former pair is heated by the upper roller, the lower roller is the tape roller, and the front of the aluminum plate is preheated, and the latter pair is heating lower roller and upper roller is tape roller , The hot melt adhesive film is bonded to the aluminum plate under the dual action of pressure and heating. The electric heating rod adopts stainless steel fin type electric heating rod.
The punching part includes a punching rounded corner mechanism and a shearing mechanism, which can realize punching rounded corner and cutting of aluminum plates. The punching rounded corner mechanism is divided into two sets of chamfering dies. It can be adjusted according to the different width of the aluminum plate. When adjusting, the moving distance can be displayed through the digital display ruler.
The glue cutting part adopts full servo length measurement. Use touch screen interaction. The product specification (length) can be changed without downtime without the need to replace the aluminum coil, Yield count is equivalent.
