1. Working Principle
1.1 Structure Design & Comparative Analysis
The Fully Automatic Hairpin Bending Machine mainly consists of Coil loader, Straightening device, first time of feeding device, cutting device, second time of feeding device, bending device & rotation worktable, machine frame, controlling system etc. All the actions are driven by hydraulic system and servo motors, under PLC control. This Coil Bending Machine is designed with reference to European imported counterparts of the same type, featuring identical action steps and processing flow; meanwhile, we have optimized the structure for higher rationality. Compared with the Heima bending machine (a peer brand), its action logic and processing flow are extremely unreasonable and in urgent need of improvement, mainly reflected in the following two aspects:
Firstly, the structure of bending wheels is unreasonable. As the tube row pitch of oblique fin evaporators is small, the Fully Automatic Hairpin Bender is required to bend 8 pcs tubes at a single time, which means the bending wheels have to be thin and long, resulting in poor rigidity. Without connecting plate reinforcement at the upper and lower ends of the wheels, the bending profiles of the 8 tubes will be inconsistent, along with mismatched forming R values and angles, making it impossible to guarantee bending quality.
Second, The arrangement of cutting station is not reasonable. It should be arranged after feeding, and should add secondary feeding, like this, it can feed forward as much as possible, to lead the last time of feeding to go forward as much as possible, to not have the scrape. So, saving time, saving labor, saving material.
1.2 Operating Process
Put the coil tubes into the loader, lead the tube ends to the first feeder, then press the start button. The first feeder conveys the tubes to the second feeder via the cutting device, at which point the first feeder stops and resets, and the second feeder starts feeding the tubes into the bending wheels for forming. The tubes will be cut once reaching the preset required length, and the equipment will run continuously until the task finishes; pressing the start button again will trigger the Fully Automatic Hairpin Bending Machine to repeat the entire process.
