This equipment is a specialized piece of equipment custom-designed for welding and processing air conditioning coils and various heat exchanger coils. Its core function is to achieve precise welding of coil piping. In the air conditioning and heat exchanger production process, the quality of coil welding directly determines the equipment's sealing performance, heat exchange efficiency, and service life. Defects such as incomplete welds or weak welds can easily lead to refrigerant leakage, uneven heat exchange, and other problems, affecting the overall performance of the unit. Therefore, this equipment provides reliable assurance for coil welding through a stable welding process. It is widely applicable to the large-scale production of coils for various products such as household air conditioners, commercial central air conditioners, industrial chiller heat exchangers, and heat pump heat exchangers. It is a core supporting equipment in the heat exchange equipment manufacturing process.
II. Core Technical Parameters
The equipment parameters have been specifically optimized to flexibly adapt to the welding needs of different coil specifications, balancing welding quality and production efficiency. Key technical parameters and advantages are as follows:
- Maximum Welding Height: Available in four specifications: 1250mm, 1500mm, 2000mm, and 2500mm. This parameter covers the height range of mainstream air conditioning and heat exchanger coils, accurately adapting to both compact coils in small household air conditioners and extra-large coils in large industrial heat exchangers. Users can flexibly select the appropriate model based on their own coil specifications, eliminating the need for additional customized equipment and effectively reducing equipment investment costs. Simultaneously, the equipment features an adjustable welding platform, allowing for minor height adjustments within the selected specification range, further enhancing adaptability.
- Combustion Gas: Compatible with various common gases such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) and natural gas. Adopting a diversified gas compatibility design, users can freely choose based on local gas supply conditions, operating costs, and welding process requirements. The equipment is equipped with a dedicated gas pressure stabilization device and flow control system, precisely controlling the output of combustion gas to ensure flame stability, avoid welding quality deviations caused by gas pressure fluctuations, and ensure the safety of the welding process.
- Combustion Gas: Compatible with common combustion gases such as compressed air. No additional special combustion gas supply system is required, reducing users' auxiliary production costs.
- Burner configuration: It adopts a 4-row burner design, with 20 welding nozzles in each row, for a total of 80 welding nozzles. The dense layout of multiple rows and nozzles enables simultaneous welding of multiple points on the coil, greatly improving welding efficiency. It is especially suitable for the large-scale production of coils, ensuring that each welding point receives uniform heating and welding effect, avoiding problems such as local overheating or insufficient welding, and ensuring the consistency of overall welding quality.
