I. Equipment Application
This equipment is a specialized device custom-designed for processing small U-shaped copper tubes (hereinafter referred to as "small U-tubes") for heat exchangers. Its core function is to deburr and clean the small U-tubes. In the heat exchanger production process, the small U-tube is a core heat exchange pipeline. Burrs at its inlet and impurities on its inner wall directly affect the sealing performance of the pipeline assembly and the heat exchanger's heat exchange efficiency. Burrs may cause excessive gaps between the pipeline and the tube sheet, leading to refrigerant leakage; oil stains, metal shavings, and other impurities on the inner wall can clog the pipeline, reducing heat exchange performance. Therefore, this equipment provides crucial quality assurance for the subsequent assembly of small U-tubes and the stable operation of the heat exchanger through precise deburring and deep cleaning. It is widely applicable to the mass production of small U-tubes for various heat exchangers such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and industrial chillers.
II. Core Process Flow
The equipment adopts a fully automated continuous operation process, requiring no manual intervention during the process. It achieves integrated processing from feeding to discharging, effectively improving production efficiency. The specific process is as follows:
1. Automatic Feeding: The small U-tubes to be processed are fed into the processing channel in an orderly and even manner through a vibrating feeding mechanism or conveyor belt feeding system.
2. Deburring: Precise mechanical deburring or high-pressure water deburring processes (customizable according to user needs) are used to thoroughly clean the burrs at both ends of the small U-tubes.
3. Rinsing with Clean Water: After cleaning, the residual cleaning agent on the surface of the small U-tubes is thoroughly rinsed off to avoid adverse effects on subsequent assembly or heat exchanger performance.
4. Rapid Drying: The rinsed small U-tubes enter the hot air drying chamber, where circulating hot air quickly dries the moisture inside and outside the tubes.
5. Automatic Discharge: The dried small U-tubes are discharged in an orderly manner through the discharge mechanism.
