- Number of Bending Layers: Supports bending of 1, 2, or 3-layer condensers. The equipment, through an adjustable layer spacing positioning mechanism, can precisely adapt to condenser structures with different numbers of layers. Whether it's a single-layer thin condenser or a multi-layer thick condenser, stable bending can be achieved without changing the core mold, improving equipment versatility.
- Bending Angle: Can be freely set within the range of 0-105°, with parameter adjustment precisely completed through the control cabinet. This angle range fully covers the common angle requirements for L-shaped and U-shaped bending of air conditioner condensers, and the angle adjustment accuracy is high. Fine-tuning can be achieved according to the assembly requirements of different air conditioner models, ensuring a high degree of consistency between the bending angle and the design drawings.
- Maximum Coil Width: Available in three specifications: 800mm, 1200mm, and 1500mm. The equipment can be flexibly adapted to the size range of the condensers produced by the user, providing diverse equipment configuration options.
- Bending inner radius (R): Customizable according to the user's actual production needs. Different condenser models have different requirements for the bending inner radius due to differences in materials and piping layouts. Through customized mold design, the equipment can accurately achieve bending and forming of different inner radii, avoiding stress concentration in the piping or pipe blockage after bending caused by improper radius, thus ensuring the performance and service life of the condenser.
